Only five lots remain!

Land developer Kaanapali Land Management Corp. recently announced that only 5 estate lots remain available for sale in Phase 1 in their spectacular 51-lot subdivision in West Maui. Prices start from $855,000.

Many of these remaining lots also boast the best views which is great news for buyers seeking uninterrupted panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean with the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai and the West Maui Mountains.  But the perks don’t just stop there. The icing on the cake is the manicured coffee orchards which give this master planned community a Napa-like feel.  Albeit, instead of grapes, owners take pride in growing the best coffee varietals marketed under the famous MauiGrown Coffee brand which is currently sold statewide, on the U.S. mainland, in international markets, and right here at home at the MauiGrown Coffee Company Store in Lahaina.

Years of community outreach by landowner Kaanapali Land Management and its affiliates inspired the crafting of this master planned community which brings coffee growers together with coffee lovers.  Master growers who have worked the land for decades contract with the Kaanapali Coffee Farms Lot Owners Association to farm owners’ property. These farmers entirely manage the coffee farming operations, from the planting through the harvesting. For the Lot Owner, it's a delightful way to experience both the soul of farming and the science of coffee cultivation at one's leisure, without the distractions of daily farm management.

Kaanapali Coffee Farm owners have the opportunity to build their dream home along with a full ‘ohana and third structure on their spacious lot.  The robust building activity attests to buyers’ motivation in planting new roots. To date, six homes have been built, seven are under construction, and several new owners are in the Design Review process.

“It just reaffirms why Kaanapali Coffee Farms has become one of the hottest real estate properties on Maui,” said Rohn Stark, PB of Platinum Properties Hawaii, the exclusive project broker for the development. “I encourage anyone interested in purchasing any of the last remaining lots to act now or you might miss the opportunity.”

Plantation Roots. Plantation Style.

Plantation Roots. Plantation Style.

When land owner Kaanapali Land Management Corp. first started planning their Kaanapali Coffee Farms in West Maui they envisioned a residential community that would pay homage to the area’s plantation roots. Today, their dream has been realized through careful master planning and subdivision design guidelines that are helping to shape the look and feel of this true agricultural community.

The Art of MauiGrown Coffee

Roasting coffee is as much an art as it is a science. Just ask those who have made coffee roasting and brewing their life’s passion – people like Jeff Ferguson, co-owner of MauiGrown Coffee Company Store in Lahaina.

Since the MauiGrown Coffee Company Store opened in 2006, residents and visitors have been drawn to this plantation store which features MauiGrown Coffee’s prized coffee varietals. Thanks to Kimo Falconer, who helped revive the coffee farm; and Kaanapali Land Management Corp., who assembled a dedicated coffee team; several Arabica coffees – Maui Mokka, Yellow Caturra, Red Catuai and Typica – are grown and harvested in the breathtaking Kaanapali Coffee Farms community in West Maui.

... And then there were 12

As Kaanapali Coffee Farms nears the final sellout of its Phase One – a feeling of euphoria is felt among the residents and land developer, Kaanapali Land Management Corp. And, for good reason! Only 12 estate lots remain available for sale – many with the best views – in this spectacular 51-lot subdivision in West Maui. Prices start from $855,000.
